Our ideation process can be applied to new product, product feature, services, sales promotion, publicity and many other areas within or outside of the traditional marketing functions. candescence ideation is a way to boost your organization's natural capability with respect to creativity, problem solving and service to customers.

Several options are available from a “Comprehensive Engagement” typically lasting six to eight weeks with two days of actual ideation facilitation to a basic ½ day session with minimum set up required from the client organization.
  • Comprehensive. A comprehensive engagement is a three-phase process that includes conditioning, facilitation and commercialization phases. Through a series of management interviews our team diagnoses a set of addressible issues which will help determine what specific ideation protocol is needed. An "idea team" is elected and assembled and an organizational assessment tool is used to determine how ideas have historically been processed within the organization. Team members are prepared for their participation in a 1 1/2 to 2 day offsite facilitation session. Finally, ideas are evaluated, branded, developed with respect to marketing tactics and refined via qualitative research with customers and/or prospective customers.
  • ½ Day Offsite. This is a compact version of the comprehensive engagement that is designed for annual off-site meetings. Leadership teams are often challenged to quickly create new ideas in their functional areas. Or, they are wrestling with seemingly intractable problems that they cannot solve with their current team and/or in their current environment. This session uses a series of projective techniques and stimulus-response activities to generate ideas from your leadership team. New product ideas, new services, sales promotions, publicity, you name it. candescence ½ day ideation workshops can loosen a stuck team and generate a large number of ideas for further evaluation and commercialization.
